Today I thought I would add some color, since we are promised snow for tomorow. This entry is small watercolor paintings of plants. The actual paintings are on paper 6" x 9" and matted they are 10" x 13".  The first one is 'Jetsam', sea plants washed ashore.... really interesting forms. Prickly Pear Cactus is the second painting. It grew in our yard and I didn't realize how prolific it was. I was able to give it new ownership after it had attacked me several times. The last painting is of Corn plants, which I also grew.  I miss using watercolor.
