I don't know how to correct the spacing of this entry. There should be a space between the 2 sketches. These 2 each were done with pencil on a 5" x 7" pad. Sorry about my photography.

another tile that was in the 'devil' firing.

Another disappointment in the kiln that fired with the 'devil' in it. I'm trying to figure out the message.

These 2 tiles are the same but I'm showing the crack/ split that happened during the glaze firing. Previously, there was a photo of this tile in a 'before bisque ' state.  There definitely was a devil in the kiln.  I'll be showing a couple more in the next few days. This is very disheartening to see when you open the kiln. 

Hexagon tile, not fired yet. I previously did a watercolor similar to this tile.

Ceramic tile  approx 15" x 15" x 1.5" - colored slip on white clay

I'm going to discontinue pressing this tile ( mermaid ). I will break the mold. If anyone is interested in getting one of these before that happens, contact me. It can be glazed in another color. Thank you.
